Maxlayer products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the product description before purchase.
2. Licence and permitted use
Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use. You may customise the product for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or make the original files available to another person or organisation.
3. Orders and payment
Prices and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is complete when payment has been accepted and access to the digital product has been provided. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.
4. Refunds
Because digital products are made available immediately, refunds may be limited once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective. Please contact us promptly if you experience an issue.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, product files, brand elements, and original designs remain the intellectual property of Maxlayer or the relevant rights holder. No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or a product. We aim to keep product information accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maxlayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
